Paqs operates as an innovative-driven firm in the shipping industry. With a user application on the one hand and a driver app on the other, paqs helps to connect parcels and people in a private environment. Those platforms come with an efficient shipping process while exploiding trips, that have been made anyway - sustainable crowd shipping approach.

For disabled, elderly people or for those who doesn't have the time to lift heavy and bulky packages is it tremendously crucial to receive aid fast and direct.
Since this consideration I gathered ideas of possible solutions to get rid of the burden for humans with constraints.
I did draw a first gross draft of a possible app concept in the first place, which only presents a simple relationship between customers and courier that simply pick up packages.
After that I got deeper into the ideation. I added more and more features until I conclude with a whole waterproof conceptual model.

I recreated all the views and slides from the Wireframe of Figma in the exact same order.
During coding I added more and more functionalities and views since I got aware of their importance.
Because I become more skilled in coding I skipped the mock up design of those slides to be more effective. For this reason you can see significantly more views than in the wireframe.
In terms of a fast progress I added novel user flows that aren't visible in the wireframe also.
This also effects design elements that seemed working out at the moment but has constantly improved over the past. You can't see them also in the wireframe before.
Nonetheless I'll show you the current status of the application and it's underlying design of the actual mobile App. You can go through by scrolling horizontally.

Firebase was the best solution for my back-end approach. It provides multiple functioanlities that made it relatively easy to handle data in several situations.
That includes the authentication process, data storage, live data retrieving, image up- and download, and crucial cloud functions for messaging and notification purposes.
I also wanted a major tool where I can administrate and manage main functionalities. Yes, therefore it's more dependent but it's also easier and faster to handle.
Firebase was the best solution for my back-end approach. It provides multiple functioanlities that made it relatively easy to handle data in several situations.

Stripe is the best solution for various functionalities. It provides an id verification process, a payment process, a connect process to automatically transfer money, and many more.
All of these previous described feature did I implement into my application. Stripe and I or speicifically my business case has been a perfect match.
I could use the payment process to implement and provide Apple Pay as the main method. I could also use stripe connect to provide an autonomous payout to the drivers if they manually trigger it. On top of all that I could also secure a user friendly identification process with an effective and efficient verification process.
